A. B. Carleial Consulting

Aydano B. Carleial is an electronics engineer (ITA, 1969) and a Ph. D. in information theory and telecommunications (Stanford, 1975). He was INPE's Director of Programs and General Manager for the pioneering and successful Brazilian environmental data collecting satellites (SCD1 and SCD2). On the Brazilian side, he was General Manager of the CBERS Program during the development of the first Chinese-Brazilian remote sensing satellites.

Dr. Carleial was president of the Brazilian Aerospace Association (AAB) for 2013-2017. His research papers on information theory and telecommunications are easily found on the internet.

Aydano B. Carleial é engenheiro eletrônico (ITA, 1969) e Ph. D. em teoria da informação e telecomunicações (Stanford, 1975). Foi Diretor de Programas do INPE e Gerente Geral do programa pioneiro e bem-sucedido dos satélites brasileiros SCD1 e SCD2 de coleta de dados ambientais. Pelo lado brasileiro, foi Gerente Geral do Programa CBERS durante o desenvolvimento dos primeiros satélites sino-brasileiros de sensoreamento remoto.

Dr. Carleial foi presidente da Associação Aeroespacial Brasileira (AAB) de 2013 a 2017. Seus artigos sobre teoria da informação e telecomunicações são facilmente obtidos pela internet.
